Pressure Gauge with Sealed Diaphragm is recommended where application is highly corrosive, contaminated, viscous and hence flushing is required periodically or application is liable to crystallize inside Pressure Gauge’s measuring system.
Two piece construction. Diaphragm is welded to the upper part. It is easy to seperate the upper and lower parts to clean the diaphragm without removing the gauge.
Diaphragm can be ANSI 316, Tantalum, Hastelloy C or Monel. Pressure gauge used above the Diaphragm Seal is our Model No. 5 and process connection with Standard threads or flanged connection confirming to ANSI, BS or DIN Specifications.
All Wetted parts shall be provided with PTFE coating / Lining for corrosive application.
Accuracy ±1% of FS in all standard ranges.
